NEW YORK (AP) -- Nina Simone, the jazz great whose rapsy, forceful voice helped define the civil rights movement, died Monday at her home in France, her manager Clifton Henderson said. She was 70.

Nemrégiben azt a megtisztelő felkérést kaptuk, hogy készítsünk egy vendégmixet a müncheni Into Somethin' rádióműsor számára, amelyet - a már nálunk is megfordult - Florian Keller és Theo Thönnessen készítenek. A mix ezen a héten ment le, a listát itt találjátok meg. Ők ketten a Compost Records főnökével, Michael Reinboth-tal közösen szervezik már 12 éve az Into Somethin' klubesteket, ahol az utóbbi években már gyakorlatilag bárki felléphetett.

We had the pleasure to make a short mix for the famous Into Somethin' radio show of Munich made by Florian Keller and Theo Thönnessen. The mix was aired last week and you can even find the playlist here. They have been organising the Into Somethin' club nights with Compost-founder Michael Reinboth for 12 years now. In the last years they even let some wild gorillas behind the dex.

Newsflash 2. April 2003

The world’s gone mad and we don’t see the way out…

… and we don’t even have much time to think about it. Heavy work as always, but now there’s some reason. We already had three shows in the air and thanks to the never ending help of a few people of the radio the programmes can be listened to all around Budapest.

Now it seems that we manage to finish another remix – it took ages as usual. We don’t want to reveal yet which was the original tune, but you can listen to the result in one of our next shows for sure. So watch out! And if you let us to do some more shameless self-promotion: we can’t tell with words how glad we are that our latest remix for Arkestra One has been played by so many djs around the world.
